Sandoval County Commission Chair, David J. Heil (C), and County Manager Wayne Johnson (L) heartily
congratulate Jeff Stow (RJ, Assistant Director of IT Services at Sandoval County, for completing
the 2024 Leadership Sandoval Program.

The 10-month program, sponsored by the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce, is designed to
cultivate “people committed to enhancing the quality of life in Sandoval County by improving their
knowledge of the community and increasing their leadership effectiveness.” The graduation ceremony
and luncheon were held at Quezada’s Comedy Club inside the Santa Ana Hotel and Casino, Bernalillo,
NM on Thursday, August 8, 2024.
