About Vice-Chairman Commissioner Jordan Juarez


Jordan Juarez is a lifelong New Mexican who has proudly calls Sandoval County home. He resides in Rio Rancho with his wife, Sara Juarez, and their son, Jayce. With a degree in Political Science, Jordan has built a successful career in the aerospace industry, where he serves as an Operations Manager for a local avionics manufacturer.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jordan is actively involved in his community as a member of the Rio Rancho Kiwanis Club, which focuses on supporting local initiatives and assisting children in need. His commitment to public service was further demonstrated during his tenure on the Sandoval County Ethics Board from 2023 to 2024.

As the youngest County Commissioner currently serving, Jordan brings a fresh perspective to the role. He is dedicated to shaping the growth of the fastest-growing county in New Mexico, ensuring that the needs and voices of all residents are represented. Jordan looks forward to collaborating with community members to foster a bright and prosperous future for Sandoval County.
