Making room for more rooms, Sandoval County Commissioners participate in groundbreaking of Sandoval Flats

Sandoval County Vice Chair Juan Juarez, District 4, and Commissioner Katherine A. Bruch, District 1, participated in the groundbreaking for a complex of flats just off of NM 528 and Idalia Road.

The Sandoval Flats groundbreaking hosted by housing developer, Dominium, is a development that will offer 216 new affordable apartment units, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedrooms apartments.
