The New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) grants all citizens the right to inspect records related to the conduct of government business. Sandoval County processes all requests for public records in accordance with the IPRA. The county, in accordance with IPRA provisions, reserves the right to charge a fee of up to $1.00 per page to recover the cost of producing records.
