VENDOR APPLICATION

Dear Vendors,

We are looking for vendors for the Sandoval County Fair. This year the fair will be held August 1st through August 7th at the fairgrounds in Cuba, New Mexico.

The booths will be for selling products or community information. For individuals and business interested in selling products our booths are very low cost at only $65.00 which include parking and family pass for the entire fair. However the action packed days are Friday through Sunday.

Deadline for submitting applications is May 30th; all spots are on first come first serve basis. Cancellations are not refundable.

All vendors are responsible for any items needed to setup displays. There will be NO table or chairs provided. For the safety of fairgoers, setup/teardown is as follows:

  • Setup: Vendors will be allowed vehicular access to the vending area between 8:00 am and 9:00 am each morning. All vehicles must have exited the vending area by 9:05am.
     
  • Tear down: Vendors will be allowed vehicular access to the vending area between 4:30 pm and 5:30pm each afternoon. All vehicles must have exited the vending area by 5:35pm.
     
  • Other access: Except as noted above, access to the vending area shall be limited to foot traffic. Vendors who wish to set up or tear down outside of the vehicular access times must do so by carrying there items and supplies in or out on foot.
     

While the Sandoval County Fair Board is not responsible for the products sold by individual concessionaires, the Board reserves the right to monitor sales of products to ensure products and displays are legal and/or appropriate. Inappropriate items include, but are not limited to, items featuring sexually explicit images, images which promote the use of alcohol or drugs, and images which promote violence or hatred will not be allowed. Any vendor found to offer inappropriate items for sale or to display such items will be closed down immediately and escorted from the fairgrounds, The Sandoval County Fair Board reserves the sole right to determine appropriateness of any product or display, If you have a question about the appropriateness of your items or displays, please contact the board prior to the opening at the fair.

The Sandoval County Fair Board nor Sandoval County assume either responsibility or liability for injury, accidents, or damage to any property or person while engaged in any activity associated with this agreement or the Sandoval County Fair.

Sandoval County Fair Board makes neither warranties nor guarantees regarding earnings, profits, or outcomes to the vendor under this agreement.

The vendor is to keep his or her booth and surrounding area free of trash. Sandoval County Fair Board will provide trash receptacles for this purpose in the vending area.
